Who Owns the Rights?
All rights in and to the Site’s content, materials, and software—including but not limited to on-call sheets, protocols, articles, medical calculators and interactive tools, MCQ question bank, structure/organization methodology, UI/UX design, logos/icons, and Arabic content with accompanying English terminology—are owned by the Site operator/owner as referenced on the “Contact Us” page, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
For the purpose of this page, “Content” includes: text, graphics, tables, explanations, questions/choices/rationales, media (images/video/audio), database and its compilation/arrangement, and the code that powers the tools.
What Is Permitted? (Limited License)
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for educational/training purposes within your access plan, provided you comply with these terms:
- You may view and use Content within the Site as intended.
- You may share page links with colleagues without copying the Content itself.
- Some sections may be “always free” (Random 10 / Random 100 / calculators). These remain protected by the same IP rules.
Important: This license does not transfer ownership and does not grant any right to reproduce, republish, sell, or use the Content in a competing product.
Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written permission:
- Copying, photographing, republishing, distributing, or uploading any substantial part of the Content (including MCQs) to social media, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, PDFs, or any other medium.
- Printing in quantity or producing “handouts/notes” derived from the Site’s sheets, question bank, or rationales.
- Using automated tools (scraping/crawling/bots) to extract Content, MCQs, or the knowledge base in whole or in part.
- Reusing, translating, or paraphrasing Content for external publishing or commercial use—even if reworded—where the origin is clearly derived from the Site.
- Selling the Content or bundling it inside paid courses/subscriptions/channels or other training platforms without a formal license agreement.
- Sharing login credentials, allowing others to use your account, or using one account for multiple individuals in violation of membership rules.
- Removing or obscuring copyright notices, watermarks, or any ownership indicators in the Content or UI.
- Using the Site name, logo, or branding in a way that implies endorsement/partnership/sponsorship without permission.
Limited Quotation (With Attribution)
We understand that clinicians may need to share a quick educational point. We allow a very limited quotation of short excerpts for non-commercial educational purposes, provided that:
- You clearly attribute the source: Dalilent.com and the page link where possible.
- You do not share full MCQs, complete tables/algorithms, or large portions that enable reconstruction of the original content.
- The quotation does not become “replacement content” that makes the Site unnecessary to visit.
Any use beyond the above—especially MCQs, explanations, or structured learning layouts—requires written permission.
